Ore wa Seikan Kokka no Akutoku Ryoushu!
In his last life, Liam lived as a moral, responsible person but died deep in debt and betrayed by his wife. Reborn into the ruling family of a vast interstellar empire, Liam knows that life is divided into the downtrodden and the ones who do the stomping, so this time he’s going to take what he wants and live for himself. But somehow, things refuse to work out that way. Despite doing his best to become a tyrant, Liam’s decisions lead to nothing but peace and prosperity for the empire under his rule, and he just gets more and more popular.
Dans sa dernière vie, Liam a vécu comme une personne morale et responsable, mais il est mort criblé de dettes et trahi par sa femme. De retour au sein de la famille dirigeante d'un vaste empire interstellaire, Liam sait que la vie est divisée entre les opprimés et ceux qui piétinent, alors cette fois, il va prendre ce qu'il veut et vivre pour lui-même. Mais pour une raison ou une autre, les choses refusent de se passer ainsi. Malgré tous ses efforts pour devenir un tyran, les décisions de Liam ne mènent à rien d'autre qu'à la paix et à la prospérité pour l'empire sous son règne, et il devient de plus en plus populaire.

This one looks like it might just be a bit of stupid fun. The animation is fairly average, as is the writing, so it is not really anything destined to be a must watch, but it's a decent enough show with a couple laughs.

Gaud, this show doesn't even hides how truly awful it is in a fun way. The flash back could have been better but it's intentionally meant to be pathetic. Maybe way they dumped first three episodes all at once because the first is not enough to judge this anime.

A little too much backstory in this one, but without any characters I actually want to watch for more than one episode.
