Bubbly, energetic first-year high school student Himari falls head over heels for her senpai Yori after hearing her band perform on the first day of school. Himari tells Yori she just loves her, and, to Himari's surprise, Yori says she loves Himari back! But when Himari realizes that she and her senpai are feeling two different kinds of love, she begins to ask herself what "love" really means...

This is a slightly different angle on high school romance; it works for me, since I find the idea of love more interesting than the emotion.

This show has some good humour, and does do a decent job of demonstrating some of the awkwardness of being a teenager on the way to adulthood. I found the animation to be crisp and well done, and the sound for the songs was actually brilliant as well. If you don't mind the yuri themes, this is a good one to check out.

Very colorful. Enjoyable writing. Love at first sight anime. Don't think I've seen a rom-com where the main characters fall for each other before the commercial break.

Not my cup of tea. High school drama. Girl band, romance, lame characters but all in all, it's not a bad show.
