After failing the final exam for his dream job at the royal court, promising young sorcerer Allen wants nothing more than to retreat to a simple life in the countryside. Typical anime with typical plotlines. Moving with the season.

"Blatantly obvious" - the anime.
Everything is by the numbers to the cliches.
Guy finds he suddenly has some cute girls paying attention to him, with the tsundere that never expressed her true feelings waiting in the wings.
I guess some of the animation is decent, but thats about it really.
Ill probably watch another episode or two just to confirm that it really is as unoriginal as I suspect.

There's a somewhat interesting magic system and slightly interesting characters, but that's it. I don't think I'll be looking for this one.
