Honzuki no Gekokujou
Urano, a bookworm who had finally found a job as a librarian at a university, was sadly killed shortly after graduating from college. She was reborn as the daughter of a soldier in a world where the literacy rate is low and books were scarce. No matter how much she wanted to read, there were no books around. What is a bookworm to do without any books? Make them, of course. Her goal is to become a librarian! So that she may once again live surrounded by books, she must start by making them herself.
Urano, un rat de bibliothèque qui avait finalement trouvé un emploi de bibliothécaire dans une université, a malheureusement été tué peu de temps après son diplôme universitaire. Elle était la fille d'un soldat dans un monde où le taux d'alphabétisation est faible et où les livres sont rares. Peu importe combien elle voulait lire, il n'y avait pas de livres autour. Qu'est-ce qu'un rat de bibliothèque à faire sans livres? Faites-les, bien sûr. Son objectif est de devenir bibliothécaire! Pour qu'elle puisse à nouveau vivre entourée de livres, elle doit commencer par les fabriquer elle-même.

An isekai that isn't based on game mechanics. Definitely an advertisement for literacy. Kind of slow paced but interesting.

The frame story seems annoyingly vague -- is the entire series supposed to be a long flashback? But I'm rather bookwormly myself, so by the end of the episode I really, really wanted to know what Myne was going to do next.
