Genjitsu no Yohane: Sunshine in the Mirror
"Nobody knows the story of the girl that everybody knows." Numazu is a scenic port town surrounded by the mountains and the sea. Yohane, a girl who has struggled to fit in with her surroundings since childhood, spends her day avoiding people in the city. What I want to do, my true whereabouts, that is— Walking with a girl that cannot be honest, in a mysterious world you are familiar with. Another sun that has just appeared.
"Personne ne connaît l'histoire de la fille que tout le monde connaît." Numazu est une ville portuaire pittoresque entourée par les montagnes et la mer. Yohane, une fille qui a du mal à s'intégrer à son environnement depuis l'enfance, passe sa journée à éviter les gens de la ville. Ce que je veux faire, où je me trouve vraiment, c'est-- Marcher avec une fille qui ne peut pas être honnête, dans un monde mystérieux qui vous est familier. Un autre soleil qui vient d'apparaître.

hat d you get when you mix Love Live franchise with fantasy. A poor weak RPG plot with idols. Interesting but Atlier Ryza is filling the need without the musical numbers,

This show does have it's charm. The pace is very slow, with a very stubborn and wilful protagonist, who must go back to her village when she wants to be someone in the big city. And of course, the village is more than meets the eye. Once again, the show has a charmingly slow pace to it, which helps the small town vibe. It's a fun enough show, although it isn't exactly my cup of tea.

I really like how colorful and saturated the colors are, but I;m just not that big a fan of idol shows. Having the character be a failed idol is at least an interesting twist though. Not sure if the show being set in a contemporary fantasy world is going to matter later. Really good song in the first ep.
