À Tokyo, il y a un endroit appelé Velude Way. C'est un quartier connu pour ses interprètes et ses groupes théâtraux. Izumi Tachibana, qui était auparavant actrice de théâtre, arrive avec une lettre qui se lit comme suit: "Plein de dettes! Zéro client! Un seul acteur!"
