Akutsu Takuma wants nothing more than to be left alone, to live and study in peace. He has a terrifying face, which has prevented him from making friends and earned him the nickname "Akuma" (devil). However, he is satisfied with being alone and spending all of his time learning, hoping to become the good person his late mother saw in him. 
All of this changes when he gets involved with the nine Saotome girls, who are Valkyries. Takuma is called by Odin to pair with them to protect the world from demons and the threat of total destruction. The Valkyries' power comes from love, and so now he must live with them and try to become closer to them. To start with, they prioritize his intimacy with the strongest Valkyrie, Natsuki. Will he and the Saotome women be able to save the world?

Akutsu Takuma ne souhaite rien de plus que d’être laissé seul, de vivre et d’étudier en paix. Il a un visage terrifiant qui l’empêche de se faire des amis et lui a valu le surnom de "Akuma" (diable). Cependant, il est satisfait d'être seul et de passer tout son temps à apprendre, dans l'espoir de devenir la bonne personne que sa défunte mère a vue en lui. 
Tout cela change quand il s’engage avec les neuf filles Saotome, qui sont des Valkyries. Takuma est appelé par Odin pour faire équipe avec eux afin de protéger le monde des démons et de la menace de destruction totale. Le pouvoir des Valkyries vient de l'amour et il doit maintenant vivre avec eux et essayer de se rapprocher d'eux. Pour commencer, ils privilégient son intimité avec le plus puissant des Valkyries, Natsuki. Est-ce que lui et les femmes Saotome pourront sauver le monde?
