Demon king, Satan, is one step away from conquering his alternate world when he is transported to Tokyo of our world. He ends up having to work part-time at a fast food restaurant to make ends meet. Surprising good show. Satan working at McD? LOL This can happen when the game is REALLY over. How this can be as good as [[Maoyuu Maou Yuusha]] remains to be seen. You'll have to wait to second episode to see if the romantic part between the hero and maou develops.

I was expecting more or less Ranma 1/2 all over again. Yet this show for all it's worth is not a bad action romance. The characters though typical are watchable. I think I will enjoy this series of hard knocks and bento.

I have seen people fight hard for food. Realistic. Recommend for general entertainment, but not something I would wait weekly for. Average artistry and voice acting, but it gets you with humour.

What can be I say about a girl who's cute, perky and completely full of herself, and loves to blow stuff up! I hope the rest of the series has some plot worth following. The other characters show some promise as well. Come to think of it part of being Lina Inverse being a felony was pretty funny.

Slayers Revolution seems to follow (rather well I might add) the original storyline quite well and holds true to the many quirks of the characters and to Lina Innverse being an international offense? Priceless!

Slayers Revolution was interesting. I love the play on emotion (anger). Very graphic as it should be. Like to see more.

All the fun of Slayers you know and love plus a lime coloured pokemon-like thing that (after the first impression) would be a second Xellos with how he contributed to the plot line of the Slayers first 3 seasons. OMG two characters like that? How will Lina and company survive? Here's hoping the dubbed version will also be as good like the past slayers series.

(Final verdict - 11/13/2001)

Only thing I didn't like, well, more like I had trouble getting use to, about the dub was the voice use for Xellos. No hate intended for Michael Sinterniklaas. He has talent and I could see him working in the series but David Moo fit the role better. Other than that I liked it.

Pokota (the lime coloured pokemon-like thing) did have a good background and plot.

Fourth time a charm? More like a bore. This seems to be more of a Slayers allstar reunion tour much like that of aging rock bands. So far it's been all the favorite hits. Nuking towns, corny lines and fish folk (ie. fish with legs) There is an plot but it seems to be paved over with cliches of the series. All we need is Naga to show and it will be perfect but then having her and Galli would be too many airheads in one show.

Honestly it's great to see another Slayers series. YA!

The world, devastated by a long global conflict, is ruled from the vast city of Olympus by the General Administration Agency. This Agency is run by human-hybrid clones known as Bioroid, made from the genes of the best and brightest. 
Former Los Angeles S.W.A.T. officer Deunan Knute and her cyborg partner Briareos, both become residents of Olympus after being scouted by ES.W.A.T., a special counter-terrorist division of the Global Police.

CG has come along way. So much so that it seamless with the story and doesn't over power it... or have we grown use to it? otherwise, the story doesn't stand out too much nor really progress the plot if there is one to be made in this take of a classic.

Very well developed stroyline, though it still leaves you feeling a bit detached from the characters from the visual design (which is, none the less, refreshing and unique.) The surreal colours keeps your focus to the screen unwavering. Highly recommended.

An interesting and exciting re-imagining of the franchise. However, little of the past is explained and this would be confusing to someone new to Appleseed.

When I heard from Jim Felker (a guy who works with Ben Dunn on re-releases of his past and present series) told me about this one shot (at least for now) it sounded interesting. While I wasn't able to get into the Scott Pilgrim series as deep as most people (it's ok, just not deeply into it as other things) it is still a great read, and I dare say a serious contender for comic of the year (at least in my book). The artwork is fantastic as usual with Ben's work, and paired with a decent story.
 
Love her or wish she'd be eaten by a moose you'll get a few laughs out of her quest.
