Otonari ni Ginga
Ever since their father died, Ichirou Kuga has struggled to support his two younger siblings on nothing but a small inheritance and his passion for drawing manga. But it's becoming harder to keep up with his growing responsibilities and deadlines, especially after his last two assistants quit to follow their dreams. Just as he’s nearing his breaking point, the beautiful and scarily competent Shiori Goshiki applies to become his new assistant. But there’s something almost otherworldly about Goshiki, and soon Kuga finds his reality turned upside down when she suddenly declares them engaged to marry!
Depuis la mort de leur père, Ichirou Kuga a du mal à subvenir aux besoins de ses deux jeunes frères et sœurs avec rien d'autre qu'un petit héritage et sa passion pour le dessin de manga. Mais il devient de plus en plus difficile de faire face à ses responsabilités croissantes et à ses délais, surtout après que ses deux derniers assistants ont quitté pour poursuivre leurs rêves. Juste au moment où il approche de son point de rupture, la belle et terriblement compétente Shiori Goshiki postule pour devenir sa nouvelle assistante. Mais il y a quelque chose de presque surnaturel à propos de Goshiki, et bientôt Kuga voit sa réalité bouleversée lorsqu'elle déclare soudainement qu'ils sont fiancés !

From the onset, this show is a slow burn. For romcoms, this differs from the largely hectic and sometimes slapstick comedy by building a relationships first then letting the comedic flow more naturally. You want to unwind from a bad or hetic day, then this show is for you.

This one wasnt exactly my favourite. I dont particularly have anything against it, but at the same time, it just didnt click with me. I think it was the strange way they end up in a relationship, its an odd take on "take responsibility" tropes, although this one is slightly different from the typical "i cant marry anyone else because you touched my hand" type of concept. It is still an interesting romance show, just not for me.

Starts off normal enough, but the author has added the contrivance that she's a princess from another world, and circumstances are such that they become linked, body and soul by her... stinger? Honestly, I don't really care about the supernatural stuff, I would've been just fine with a normal rom com between an up and coming mangaka taking care of his child siblings, and his cute assistant who just happens to be familiar with his works, through her grandmother's collecting many manga and books. I'll probably stick with it though.
