Having freshly arrived at the royal capital after over a decade of rigorous, isolated training at his mountain home, Noor is dead set on achieving his childhood dream of becoming an adventurer, even if the only skills he possesses are useless ones. Sure, he can [Parry] thousands of swords in the span of a single breath, but everybody knows you need more than that if you want to be an adventurer! Our hero’s road to making his dream come true will be long and arduous(?) but if there’s one thing Noor’s not afraid of, it’s some good ol’ fashioned hard work.
Fraîchement arrivé dans la capitale royale après plus d'une décennie d'entraînement rigoureux et isolé dans sa maison de montagne, Noor est déterminé à réaliser son rêve d'enfant de devenir aventurier, même si les seules compétences qu'il possède sont inutiles. For a generic middle of the road concept, this show was a good ammount of fun. At this point, most of the cliched tropes are set in place: OP hero who deosnt realize hes OP, rescue a maiden who turns out to be noble, eventually becomes the hero of the nation/world. The hero this time around is a "dumb but lovable oaf", someone with a heart of gold, and a brain of pigshit. All in all, its a fun watch with some good laughs, if you can bear with the cliches.

Nice action and lots of heart. I love watching or reading about likeable characters; this guy is almost (but not quite) too much of a good thing.
