2.5 Jigen no Ririsa
“I have no interest in real girls!” So claims Okumura, the president of the school’s manga club. He’s your typical otaku, obsessed with a sexy (fictional) 2D manga character known as Liliel. Then the new school year starts, and a (real!) 3D girl named Lilysa whose passion is cosplay joins the club. Lilysa convinces Okumura to become her photographer–and guess who her favorite manga character is? Not only that, but Lilysa is into modeling the fetishy stuff, The boundaries between 2D and 3D start to blur as this hot-blooded romantic comedy unfolds.

This season's My Dressup Darling. A little more daring but just as fun as the other.

Basically, he only likes 2D girls, until he meets a 3D girl who just so happens to also be obsessed with his 2D waifu. Honestly, this is a "too good to be true" type of plot where the MC gets everything he wants. Sort of the more comedic version of Dress Up Darling. The show is decently animated, and there is some humor to be had here, but I personally was offput by the plot about finding everything so easily.

Clearly, this guy's brain was entirely safe from reality until it was invaded by this insanely dangerous kaiju (oops, I meant girl), like a virus that turns a harmless bacterium into a deadly infection, so be warned -- this could happen to you!
