Machikado Mazoku
Yoshida Yuuko, a 15-year-old girl who awakens one morning with demonic power, and is tasked with defeating a local magical girl. She has horns and a tail, but truthfully less power than an ordinary girl. She struggles to lift the "curse of a 40,000 yen per month living.

So a schoolgirl grows horns and a tail; her family and friends all think they're an improvement (for different reasons), but she has to defeat the magical girl -- and her only hope is apparently getting the help of the (same) magical girl to help her do it. There are so many levels of irony here, it's just like the inside of my head.
Oh oh -- I just scared myself. But I still want to see more of this.

This is a fun little show, that clearly is not taking itself very seriously. We have a protagonist who is inept in every way (weak, ditzy, clumsy) to provide the primary comedy. I like the idea that she's fighting an enemy without her heart really being in it. All in all, this isn't brilliantly written, but its worth a good chuckle.

The comedy is a little dry. This definitely different type of show. One girl, a magical girl, has it all... the other a demon has not. Bit warped but not twisted.
