Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san
"If you blush, you lose."
Living by this principle, the middle schooler Nishikata gets constantly made fun of by his seat neighbor Takagi-san. With his pride shattered to pieces, he vows to turn the tables and get back at her some day.
And so, he attempts to tease her day after day, only to find himself victim to Takagi-san's ridicule again sooner than later. Will he be able to make Takagi-san blush from embarrassment even once in the end?
"Si tu rougis, tu perds."
Vivant selon ce principe, le collégien Nishikata se fait constamment moquer par son voisin Takagi-san. Avec sa fierté brisée en morceaux, il jure de tourner les tables et de revenir à elle un jour.
Et ainsi, il tente de la taquiner jour après jour, seulement pour se retrouver victime du ridicule de Takagi-san à nouveau plus tôt que plus tard. Sera-t-il capable de faire rougir Takagi-san de l'embarras, même une fois à la fin?

good stuff, quite funny & charming. quality animation too, but not suited for a 25 minute format. i started drifting away towards the end

This is definitely not a show for everyone. The pace is fairly slow, and most of the time is just a long setup to what is a fairly predictable joke. The male lead is a complete tool, paired up with a cunning girl who always manages to one up him, so again, it gets predictable. On the other hand, the payoff is often worth the wait. Once again, not for everyone, but it has it's charm.

sort or long drawn out joke to a soft punch line... and different type of romantic comedy.
