A mysterious woman claiming to be a witch steals a valuable bag from a man and claims that he can’t satisfy her before vanishing into thin air. Having run across her himself, Shotaro, along with his trusted partner Philip take the case, but quickly find that things aren’t right in Fuuto, starting a new battle for the two-in-one detective Kamen Rider W.
Une femme mystérieuse prétendant être une sorcière vole un sac précieux à un homme et prétend qu'il ne peut pas la satisfaire avant de disparaître dans les airs. Après l'avoir rencontrée lui-même, Shotaro et son partenaire de confiance Philip prennent l'affaire, mais découvrent rapidement que les choses ne vont pas bien à Fuuto, entamant une nouvelle bataille pour le détective deux en un Kamen Rider W.

I liked this better than the live action, mainly because live action makes effects hard to do, which is tough when supernatural powers are involved. The animation was very well done, with well defined style to everything. There is a good sense of mystery surrounding what is happening, and the character interaction is well scripted. Its a good watch if you like mysteries.
