Yoshida is a tiny, frail high school graduate who became an unwilling manager of an apartment complex when his father, the former manager, injured himself. Yoshida, un jeune homme frêle et menu, fraîchement diplômé de l'école secondaire, se retrouve malgré lui gérant d'un immeuble après la blessure de son père, l'ancien gérant. À son insu, cet immeuble abrite plusieurs femmes aux préférences sexuelles… disons… particulières.
